I think it's safe to say that I'm a lot happier now. The last relationship I had wasn't working out, and that's okay. Long distance is a very hard thing to do. It just doesn't work for me. I won't put my all into something when the other person can't even put half of the effort as I do. I do have a new boyfriend now and he is just a big sweetheart. He also lives closer, lol. My best friend and her husband introduced me to him a few months ago and I'm very glad that they did. I also achieved my GED last summer. Going the Distance.

In October of last year, I made a journal entry about how well things were progressing. I mentioned that I found a guy that I was liking a whole lot. I was hoping it would go far with him and that things would work out between the two of us. Well, it's safe to say that they are. :) He visited me from out of state and spent time with me. It was a very big step to take for the both of us. It all worked out perfectly. We took things really slow and now we're a happy and strong couple.
